The mattress made of natural fibres has a core formed of folded layers. The layers are formed of a flat tubular ring. When a well forms in the recliner's surface it can be folded away at any point by coiling it in the mattress's lengthwise direction, or by turning it in the mattress's transverse direction. The middle of the flat mattress core has a removable insert made of a panel of natural fibres, preferably horsehair or coconut. USE/ADVANTAGE - Those surfaces of the mattress on which most pressure is applied by the body (i.e. hips) form a well which is eliminated by turning the mattress lengthwise or crosswise so that the fibres in the corners and edges fill the middle.
