TITLE: A MULTIPURPOSE BABY-CARRYING MEANS A multipurpose baby-carrying means consists of a twocompartment waist bag having a top cover, a baby-carrying piece sewed to and extending from the top cover of the waist bag, and two shoulder straps extending from top side of the baby-carrying piece. The waist bag has two laterally extended waist bands, each having a receiving member or an inserting member at their free end permitting the two waist bands to engage with each other, and a receiving member or an inserting means on them a-t proper position. The two shoulder straps each has a receiving member or an inserting member at their free end, too, permitting the shoulder straps to engage with the receiving or inserting members on the waist bands or to engage with each other for forming a loop suitable for hanging around a user's neck. When the babycarrying means is not in use for carrying a baby, the babycarrying piece, waist bands, shoulder straps, and the connecting means thereof may be folded to be stored in the upper compartment of the waist bag.
