A method for detecting concentrated small holes, using a detecting apparatus to implement detection, the detecting apparatus comprising a lower mould (3), a probe mounting base (6), an upper mould (10) and an upper mould mounting base (7), the probe mounting base (6) and the upper mould (10) being mounted on the lower side of the upper mould mounting base (7), the lower mould (3) being positioned below the probe mounting base (6) and the upper mould (10), the bottom part of the upper mould (10) being provided with a plurality of small hole forming moulds (1), a plurality of probes (4) being mounted below the probe mounting base (6), the number of small hole forming moulds (1) being the same as the number of probes (4), the arrangement thereof also being the same; the detection method comprises progression, detection, and return; and the detection comprises signal collection and signal processing. The present method can be used in a production line to implement automatic detection, and can promptly discover faults, preventing large-scale production of defective products, improving production efficiency, and reducing the labour intensity required of workers. |
