The formwork employs prefabricated truss beam forms and slab form panels with prefabricated steel reinforcement fixed to the forms for concrete slab sorks. The truss beam form is shaped into a "U" channel of a length to have a number of reinforcing bars at regular intervals on the outer bottom and a number of steel ribs of a rectangular shape welded to the inner wall of the form at regular intervals to support a vertically zigzag shaped bar having two straight bars each bridging the points on the top and the bottom, the bars being fixed to one another by welding; whereas, the slab form panel is corrugated to have longitudinal furrows and ridges and has a number of ribs of an up-downed "U" shape welded to the panel to support a vertically zigzaged bracing bar having two straight bars each bridging the points on the top and bottom, the bars being welded to one another.
