Provided are a signal acquisition method and system, comprising functions, such as signal collection, analysis, calculation and output. The system may be used for acquiring vital signs; by collecting two or more paths of physiological signals, relationship information between the two or more paths of physiological signals is calculated; the vital signs are obtained by calculating the relationship information; and the vital signs obtained via calculation are output.
