Provided are a radio bearer establishment method and device. The method comprises: according to a configuration parameter of an SRB, a base station establishing the SRB with a UE; and according to configuration parameters of N DRBs bearing N services, establishing the N DRBs with the UE, where N ≥ 2, and N is an integer, wherein transmission channels occupied by M DRBs in N DRBs are different and physical channels occupied thereby are different, where 2 ≤ M ≤ N, and M is an integer, and a transmission channel occupied by the SRB is different from that occupied by at least one DRB of the N DRBs, and physical channels occupied thereby are different. Thus, the separation of DRBs of the same UE is realized; in the same cell accessed by the UE, when one or some DRBs change, configurations of all the DRBs will not change at the same time; the interruption of all the service data between the UE and a base station and a communication connection call drop will not be caused; the user experience is improved; the time delay is reduced at the same time; and network throughputs are increased. |
