A GPS position operating circuit 4 receives the radiowave from a GPS satellite to operate the absolute position of the vehicle. A magnetization correcting operation circuit 5 operates the quantity of magnetization of the vehicle on the basis of the advance azimuth data from the position operating circuit 4, the magnetic data from the earth magnetism sensor 1 and the magnitude of the horizontal component of the magnetic field of earth magnetism to apply the same to the relative position operating circuit 3.
