PURPOSE:To remove easily a stuck matters or a deposits within a mixer, by a method wherein a kneading water circuit and a washing water circuit are provided and connected to the timer and high-pressure water is injected through the whole nozzles connected with both the circuits while turning a rotary shaft slowly in the intervals of kneading operations. CONSTITUTION:A pipe 18 from a pump 16 is connected with washing water injection nozzles 17a, 17b additionally provided on the ceiling of a kneading tank 2 through a shut-off valve 21 and a pipe 18a, in a washing water circuit provided as a separate system different from a kneading water circuit. On the other hand, the pipe 18 is ramified by a pipe 19 before the shut-off valve 21 and connected with a pipe 13 of the kneading water circuit through a three- way valve 20. A washing high-pressure pump 16 is turned ON, a shut-off valve 21 is opened, a pipe 13 side is cut off by communicating a pipe 19 side with a pipe 13b side of the three-way valve 20, kneading arms 4, 5 and kneading blade 3 are turned slowly and washing water is injected in each direction through nozzles 11, 12a, 12b, 17a and 17b. With this construction, as a large quantity of high-pressure water is injected prior to curing of cement in the intervals of kneading operations, drastic washing effect is displayed. |
