Synchronised emptying of two fluid-filled containers - using two pressure-exerting plates to squeeze flat the containers formed by disposable bags

The bags are wedge-shaped and their outlet openings (9) are formed in the wide area of the wedge. The plates (2,6) are hinged together at the side opposite the openings. The bags lie on one of the plates with their outlet openings pointing upwards or forwards. The other upper plate has apertures for the outlet openings where the latter point upwards but no apertures where the openings point forwards. The upper plate is connected in force-locking engagement with a pressure cylinder (5). USE/ADVANTAGE - In a foam generator for supplying isocyanate and water-glass through a mixer unit into a plastics sack. Avoids the need for expensive bulky disposable cartridges.
