PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize use frequencies of an automatic teller machine.SOLUTION: A privilege providing device comprises: a use frequency storage unit 111 which stores use frequencies of an automatic teller machine 2 in association with time zones; a privilege determination unit 121 which determines privileges to be provided for users on the basis of time zones in which users use the automatic teller machine 2 and the use frequencies in the respective time zone; and a privilege providing unit 122 which, when a user executes a transaction using the automatic teller machine 2, provides the user with the privilege determined by the privilege determination unit 121. |
