The invention provides a pocket and clothes with the pocket. Small articles contained in the pocket are difficult to fall off even when a zipper of the pocket is not closed; and at the same time, the pocket can carry out open and close operations of the zipper rapidly. The pocket is provided with a pocket body consisting of a storage space and a linear opening which are formed by a body side cloth which is placed at a wearer's body side and an outside cloth which is placed at an opposite side with a wearer's body in the body side cloth (21) and are clamped between the body side cloth and the outside cloth, and a zipper body for opening and closing the opening. The zipper body is provided with a base cloth fixed along the edge of the opening, a teeth part fixed to the base cloth, and an opening and closing member which makes the teeth part open and close. A hard plate material which does not have elasticity by external force and has flexibility of the outside cloth forms a contour shape that passes the overall length of the base cloth. The invention also may provide the clothes with the pocket structure on a front clothes body. |
