This method records an incoming message and relays the message automatically to an subscriber on the automatic answering phone by dialing a reserved phone number. This method comprises (1) an incoming message recording process which when a ring signal is inputted, turns on "hook off" and outputs the 1st transmission message and records the incoming message; (2) an incoming message delivering process which after recording process, dials the phone number for delivering the preserved message, checks the pass-number, and if correct, sends the recorded incoming message but if not, proceeds to an ending process.
