The invention relates to a system for recycling the pickling bath used in the industrial processing of cattle hides. According to the invention, the system consists of a filter (F) for retaining solid particles, a tank (R) for pickling bath storage and correction, provided with a stirrer (A), a driving motor (M), a compressed air generator (E) for the barbotage of the mixture of water, sodium chloride (S2) and alkaline solution (S1), three transducers (T1, T2 and T3) for pH, sodium chloride and the bath volume, respectively, being connected to a process computer (CP) which also controls two electrically-operated valves (EV1 and EV2) for dosing water and alkaline solution (S1), as well as a valve (C) for adding sodium chloride (S2) into the tank (R). |
