According to the invention, a new process exists for the manufacture of parts with undercutting function, for example bits of double-positive construction. The process involves a moulding compound of wax or the like being injected, in a base body 10 having a bore hole 11, into the space between the wall of the bore hole 11 and two dies 14a, 14b, the dies having been introduced into the bore hole 11 facing each other in end-to-end contact, to form a counterdie 20, the inner hole wall contour of which corresponds to the outer contour of the intended bit body, and further involves a bit material compound 21 being subsequently injected into a cavity between the central hole wall of the counterdie 20 and inner dies 23a, 23b, introduced centrally into the counterdie, to form a bit blank 26, after which the thus obtained body, made up of the bit blank 26 and the counterdie 20, is heated for evaporation of the wax. The bit blank 26 is thereafter subjected to sintering into the finished bit form. <IMAGE> |
