<p>A pipe is provided which has been improved to avoid jeopardizing the safety of the environment and is intended for use with a watery liquid or gas. The pipe for use with watery liquid or gas is formed of a copolymer produced by cross-linking an alpha -olefin and a vinyl monomer having a carboxylic acid ester group by exposure to radiation. This pipe which produces no harm to the safety of the environment, avoids polluting the fluid passing through the interior thereof or causing corrosion of a metallic article held incontact therewith, and excels in its ability to withstand pressure.</p> |
