The benzoyl urea derivative contg. pyrasol of formula (I), benzamide-2,6-difluoro-N (((2,5-dichloro-4-(1-methyl-3-trifluoromethyl-5-pyrazoyl) oxyphenyl) amino) carbonyl), is prepd. by (a) reacting substituted benzamide derivs. of formula (II) with oxyarylchloride or phosgen in the presence of organic soln. to obtain substituted benzoyl isocyanate and (b) mixing substituted benzoyl isocyanate with anyline derives and acid binding material. R and R2 are same or different, one or more of halogen, lower alkoxy group or nitro group selected from H, F, Cl or Br, R1 is H or lower alkyl group, X is lower alkyl group or phenyl substitute. The obtd. (I) is useful for the prodn. of insecticides.
