SURFACE TREATMENT METHOD AND APPARATUS OF METALLIC SHEETS

The method comprising; degreasing to remove oil and alien substance; coating with photosensitizer; drying; exposing to light to develop; intermediately inspecting; etching the selected portion; and cutting at a regular length, is characterised by including removing the coated photosensitizer on both end sides of metal sheet and coating the both end sides with corrosion inhibitor before the intermediate inspection step. The method prevents an appearence of surface stains and cutting defects, and improves surface flatness.
