A clean probe cover (1) for use in a tympanic thermometer (2) capable of easily and surely covering a probe (3) and being prevented from becoming bulky is provided. A film member (4) for covering said probe (3) of the tympanic thermometer (2) is put on a flexible cardboard member (5) with an opening (6) for passing said probe (3) therethrough opened at a center thereof to adhere them to each other at end edge portions (7) thereof. <IMAGE>
