The inner pipe or hose has any arbitrary dia. and its wall has radial apertures in random arrangement, covered by strips of compressible foamed plastics. Thus, they close the apertures from outside, but permit outlet of a liq. medium under pressure. Pref. the foamed plastics strips are applied in two layers such that a duct is formed in one strip layer, coverable by the second one. The strips may be applied in helical configuration and secured by rapid hardening adhesives. ADVANTAGE - Facility for use in metal or plastics pipe, different hoses of plastics or fabric etc.
