<p>The invention relates to a combined implement for grubbing, breaking up and preparing the soil with a view to seeding and direct sowing. This instrument mainly includes a supporting chassis (10) with devices (11, 12) for fixing to the liftable hitch of the operating tractor; with sleeves (13) for fixing the teeth (tines) (20) with a ploughshare (21) and with orifices (22) for securing, with respect to the sleeves (13), by means of a bolt (23); with flanges (14) for supporting the shafts (31, 41) for rotors (30, 40) which are respectively made up of hubs (32, 42) on which are fixed tools (33, 43); with a screw-type device (15) for heightwise adjustment of the warping (spreading) and compacting roller (60) supporting a seed drill (70) with a dispensing boom (71).
