PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an improvement of energy efficiency when charging a low-voltage battery.SOLUTION: When a voltage Vbl between terminals of a low-voltage battery is less than a determination voltage VA, a DC/DC converter is driven (S100-S120). If the voltage Vbl between terminals becomes less than a determination voltage VC while the DC/DC converter is being driven, an engine is started-up and an alternator is driven at a prescribed driving point where the alternator can be efficiently driven. Also, the DC/DC converter is controlled so that a voltage between terminals of the low-voltage battery becomes a rated voltage (S150, S160). Since the alternator is driven efficiently, energy efficiency can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
