The Toothbrush has inserts which have a shaft and a brush head (13) fixed on it. Bristle tufts are driven oscillating on a brush disc (17) located rotationally. The shaft is fitted rotation proof on an attachment (12), arranged concentric to the drive spindle (2) of the handle (1).A plug-on shaft (18) rotationally located in the hollow shaft, is pluggable rotation proof on the driven spindle (3) of the handle (1). A number of rotationally located bristle tufts (30, 31) is provided, which are driven by a planetary gearing.
