The cylindrical housing is split into two halves joined by a hinge along one edge. The ends are fitted with welded end plates and a security lock closes the fitting. Slots in one half position the housing about the clutch and brake pedals.The upper half has a bar welded into place while the bottom half has a set of locking hooks on a pivot mounted bar, spring loaded to lock the hooks over the upper bar. A security lock locks the pivot bar when the housing is clamped over the pedals.
