The present invention is an anatomical restoration dental implant system with an interlockable angled abutment assembly. The angled abutment assembly includes a screw member, an angled abutment member and a bolt member. The bolt member has a hexagonal head segment and an elongated shaft segment with screw threads for securing a healing cap to an implant fixture and connecting the angled abutment member. The angled abutment member has a continuous frusto-conical shaped divergent body with a smaller distal end, a larger proximal end and a stepped interior bore extending through the proximal end along an axis offset from an axis of the divergent body. The stepped interior bore has a narrow cylindrical section and a 12-side polygonal section. The angled abutment member can be mounted on the healing cap by engaging the head segment of the bolt member with the 12-side polygonal section of the interior bore of the angled abutment member, which allows the angular orientation of the angled abutment member to be adjustable in any 30 degree interval, and the screw member can be used to secure the angled abutment member to the bolt member.
