Granular detergent compositions comprising certain bleaching agents having improved stability of those bleaching agents. The compositions comprise i) a granular component comprising water-insoluble silicate which comprises magnesium, aluminium, or a mixture of these, and water-soluble silicate; and ii) a granular component comprising a bleaching agent chosen from the group comprising alkalimetal percarbonate, peroxyacid, perimidic acid or combinations of these.
