The circuit prevents the over heating by temperature control of the facsimile and the copy machine. The circuit includes resistors (R21-R22), a temperature detector, an open circuit sensing comparator (OP1), a temparature detection comparator (OP2), a printing temperature detection comparator (OP3), an over heating comparator (OP4), a micom (10) which outputs the selection control signal, a MUX (40) which outputs the selection control signal of micom (10), and an AND gate (AN1) which outputs on/off control signals.
