The septic tank operation consists of (1) digesting house waste water (I) into 1st digesting room (1a), (2) digesting again (I) through the pored wall in 2nd digesting room (1b) which is inserted in (1a), (3) filtering (I) with filter (13) set at the top of (1b), (4) oxidizing (I) on 1st and 2nd oxidizing plate (8,9) when air is introduced to 2nd plate (9),(5) sanitizing (I) through sanitizing room (10).
