Disclosed are a resource pool configuration method, device to device (D2D) user equipment (UE), and storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring a subframe configuration bitmap sequence of a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH), wherein the subframe configuration bitmap sequence comprises N numbers of indicator bits, and an nth indicator bit of the N numbers of indicator bits indicates whether a subframe having a mapping relationship with the nth indicator bit in a PSCCH period is a PSCCH subframe; determining mapping count information and mapping offset value of the subframe configuration bitmap sequence, wherein the mapping count information comprises a total mapping count or a mapping repeat count, wherein the total mapping count indicates a total number of mapping times of the subframe configuration bitmap sequence in the PSCCH period, the mapping repeat count indicates a repeat number of mapping times of the subframe configuration bitmap sequence in the PSCCH period, and the mapping offset value is a subframe offset value of the mapping between two adjacent subframe configuration bitmap sequences; and determining, according to the subframe configuration bitmap sequence, the number-of-mapping-times information, and the mapping offset value, a PSCCH subframe in the PSCCH period. |
