The brush comprises a body (1) provided with brush fibres (5) which is rotatable about a handle (2) attached to the rear section (13) of the body. The central axis of the handle forms an angle (C) with an axis (4) tangential to the brush fibre points, enabling a conical movement to be achieved whilst being used to clean hollow objects, whilst at the same time giving a larger working area when used to clean flat objects.
