This headlamp comprises a source (10), a plurality of lateral light guides (31), each having an input face (32) receiving a light flux originating from the source and an output face delivering this light flux to a user optical system, and a plurality of lateral reflectors (20) in the form of a portion of an ellipsoid of revolution (Ei), having a first focus (F1) located substantially at the position of the light source and a second focus (Fi2) located substantially at the position of the input face of a respective lateral guide. A central reflector (50) is also provided in the vicinity of the source, which central reflector is in the form of a portion of a paraboloid of revolution (P) having its focus (F1) located substantially at the position of the source, and the axis of which is substantially coincident with the median axis ( DELTA ) of the headlamp, and a central light-guide conduit (34) extending along the median axis, this central channel being surrounded by lateral canal and receiving the light flux reflected by the central reflector. <IMAGE>
