The washing tub height controllable washing machine includes a washing tub consisting of three sections in steps, a lower water tank made from hard substance, the lower water tank which is supported by a spring to make a lower water tank move up and down, an upper water tank made from flexible material, a drain hose made from flexible material connected between the drain-outlets of the washing machine and water tank, thereby automatically controlling the height of the water tub according to laundry and water in the washing tub and easily taking out the laundry piled on the bottom of the washing tub after finishing the washing.
