The printing cylinder (10) has emplacements (12) parallel to its axis (11) which offer longitudinal support surfaces (121). At one end of these surfaces there is a T shaped housing (131) and an elastic element (3) while at the other end there is an inverted T shaped slot (130), (132). The printing plate (2) has one end T shaped such that it may enter the T shaped housing (131). The other end of the printing plate (2) has a handle (212) and shoulder (211) such that it engages the inverted T shaped slot (130) and is held there by the elastic member (3).
