The integrated circuit (Ai) has a signal processing CPU (11), providing mathematical functions and deciphering, a Read only Memory (14) and a write memory (EPROM) (15) with a communications interface (10). Each unit has external protection (17) with secure digital communications via a key-code. Each integrated circuit has a secure word signature made up of r secure words, which is calculated and stored in the non-volatile memory. The signature is used to define the message signature to verify the information sent to a central area.
