A method for determining the state of wearing by monitoring a diaper cup in order to achieve the above purpose, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: a diaper wearing step for bringing a diaper cup into close contact with a user; a first pressure value measuring step for measuring a pressure value according to the wearing of the diaper by the user by means of a plurality of pressure detection sensors installed on a part of the diaper cup which contact the body of the user; and a first pressure value comparison step for comparing, to a preset pressure value, each of the pressure values measured by the plurality of pressure detection sensors.
