A software duplication prevention system comprises: a terminal (16) provided with a receiver (26b) and base software (30); and a post (14) provided with a transmitter (26a) that sends data. The data sent from the post is sent as a second encrypted code (24) encrypted with a second encryption key (22). The terminal is provided with: a first decryption unit (31) for decrypting a first encrypted code (29) encrypted with a first encryption key; a first decryption key (32); and a second decryption unit (36) for decrypting the second encrypted code. The terminal runs the base software in order to obtain the second decryption key (34) by decrypting the first encrypted code using the first decryption key, and to decrypt the second encrypted code using the second decryption key. |
