摘要 <p>A rotary forging apparatus has a first rotary ram (301), a second rotary ram (302) facing together in a vertical direction and a shaping roller (2) equipped beside the rams. The apparatus forges a product from a material work (10) by sandwiching the work (10) between the first ram (301) and the second ram (302), pressing the work (10) by the rams, thinning the work (10) into the disc part (1) of a product, pressing the excluded material out of the rams by the shaping roller (2) to the sides of the rams and shaping the rim part. When the apparatus forges a wheel having a V-grooved or U-grooved rim part (11), scars or voids are often generated on the rim part, since the roller (2) does not move in the vertical direction in prior apparatuses. This invention provides the shaping roller (2) with a supporting device, a vertical transference device (41) and a horizontal transference device (42). The roller (2) is moved also in the vertical direction, accompanying the thinning of the work. Vertical movement enables the roller (2) to divide the extruded material in a suitable ratio into two parts. The rim part is immune from scars or voids because of the vertical transference of the roller accompanying the thinning of the work. &lt;IMAGE&gt;</p>
