The monoblock finishing section (1) for an external facade has a band (3) fixed by a flat screw (5) against a vertical (2a) or horizontal face of the facade. A inclined side (6) makes an internal angle less than 90 degrees with the band. An external edge (7) parallel to the band houses a sealing joint (8) when the finishing part is applied to the vertical face. An angle (10) extends from the edge of the inclined side, opposite and parallel to the band. A water gutter wall (11) extends outwards from the angle, sloping downwards. There are two successive internal edges (12,13) leaving the edge of the angle which form with the side a groove for the insertion of a linking section (14) between adjacent finishing parts. This section has two webs, one (14a) is parallel to the internal face of the angle and the other (14b) is parallel to the side internal face.
