The unit consists of a threaded rod (1) with reversible thread of which the section presents a break in rotation (1b), a nut (4) threaded onto this rod, a thrust shaft (3) provided with an opening whose shape is complementary to that of the rod which passes through it so that it is free to slide on it. This shaft is adjacent to the nut, the mating faces (4a,3a) containing paired reliefs which engage one with the other to prevent the nuts rotation. A spacer (5) encloses the nut whose one end faces the thrust shaft (3) and whose other end is acted on by a compression spring (6). The reaction of this spring is taken by a stop (7) solid with the rod. A detachable blocking piece (8) is able to grip the rod and serves as a stop to the thrust shaft (3), the nut and the spacer when the spring is compressed, and the unit is then charged.
