METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FE-NI ALLOY POWDERS

adjusting Fe+3 ion conc. to below 0.1 mol./liter and a ratio of HCL conc. to Fe+2 ion conc. to 0.02-0.16 by putting Fe scrap in the waste cleaning acid; adjusting a ratio of NiCl2 conc. to FeCl2 conc. to 0.01-0.08 by putting waste nickel anode in the above adjusted waste acid; precipitating (Fe,Ni)(CO2)22H2O powder by adding oxalic acid to the prepared FeCl2 and NiCl2 solution, filtering the precipitated powder to obtain the powder of about 10 micro meter; and carrying out heat treatment at 400-700 deg.C under hydrogen atmosphere. Fe-Ni alloy powder of high purity is produced.
