The present invention relates to an improvement to terminals (1) for the distribution of water and electricity, in particular, which are normally installed in collective equipments such as in campings and marinas and which comprise an upper frame (2) fitted with output taps (25, 24), a lower-frame (3) mounted on a base (4) and sealed hood (41); the upper frame is comprised of an upper connection block (22) provided with two quick half-connectors (44, 45) for the electric and water connection, and the lower frame is comprised of a lower connection block (21) provided with two quick half connectors for the electric and water connection, respectively, and cooperate with those of the upper block; the upper and lower connection blocks (21, 22) may be brought close to each other and fastened one against the other by means of a lock. The upper frame may be easily decoupled from the lower frame by means of a specific tool for actuating said lock.
