PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator which enables simplification of a take-out mechanism which is used to carry in/out workpieces while matching start points with end points of two sliders.SOLUTION: An actuator includes: a frame; a first rail and a second rail attached to a surface of the frame; a first slider guided by the first rail; and a second slider guided by the second rail; a driving source which reciprocates the first slider and the second slider between a first stop position and a second stop position; and a moving mechanism which moves the first slider in a direction perpendicular to the surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
