The apparatus for switching on/off electric lines as well as keeping on or off state continuously even in power failure with magnetic lead switch(8) placed on cross point of electrical wires forming in matrix, comprises: a magnet(9) operating the lead switch placed in groove of support(7); a slider bar(10) selecting the lead switch as moving up and down, a selector(6) moving the slider bar to select desired lead switch, and switching means(100) turning off power of matrix line during movement of the slider bar.
