ARYLATING AGENTS, USED IN THE TREATMENT OF CANCERAND DISEASE CAUSED BY VIRAL INFECTION

摘要

Different arylation agents treating cancer and viral infections are provided. These active compounds consist of an aromatic ring with at least one labile separating group and at least one electrofolic group. The preferred active compounds are chlorobenzene sulphur acids and nitrobenzene formations halogenised in different ways. In the aspect of antiviral effect, active compounds are effective against HIV infections.
