Disclosed are indole compounds of formula (II), wherein the substituents are as defined in the specification. The disclosed compounds are useful as modulators of ATP-Binding Cassette (”ABC”) transporters or fragments thereof, including Cystic Fibrosis Transmembrane Conductance Regulator (”CFTR”).
