<p>Method of thermoforming generally straight lengths (23) of plastic tubing into a particular geometry by placing them in a series of guides (16, 17) each having housings (18, 19) to accept them that have previously been aligned. The position of each guide is known with a defined space (X, Y, Z). Hot fluid is circulated through the inside of the tubes; the guides are displaced parallel to each other, in a predetermined order, by a known value within the space (X, Y, Z); the tube is cooled to retain its deformed shape and then disengaged from the guides. <IMAGE></p> |
