A plant for processing food products, such as fruit, vegetables, fish or meat, comprising a frame including a feeding station for the successive feeding of products, a processing station for the successive processing of products, and a delivery station for the delivery of processed products, transportation means supported by said frame and provided with conveyer means comprising individual units which consist of a first and a second part (32, 34) serving as a support for the product in a first position and where the product is accessible for processing in a second position and where the processing means includes carrier means (210, 220) for carrying a non-supported part of the product through a cutting station.
