The circuit includes an image amplifying unit which amplifies image signal and outputs them, a clamp pulse generating unit which outputs pulse having some level voltage, a voltage control and clamp compensating unit which outputs clamped voltage to a CRT, a transistor which is included in the clamp pulse generating unit and having a collector connected with a semi-fixed resistor, a transistor which has a base connected with the semi-fixed resistor and an emitter connected to the output of the image amplifying unit, and a capacitor which is includes in the clamp pulse generating unit and connected to the collector of the transistor and a resistor.
