PROCESS FOR PREPARING HERB EXTRACTION COMPOSITION FOR ANTICANCER EFFECT

The extract compsn. used as an anticancer drug is produced by (a) mixing a root of an akebia with a defatted starch of a croton genus seed, (b) extracting the mixture at 60˜80deg. C for 10˜15hrs, (c) concentrating the extract, saturating the concentrated soln. and filtering it to separate a filtered soln. and a residue, (d) adding an organic solvent i.e. chloroform or hexane to the extracted soln., and shaking the mixture to remove the organic solvent, (e) extracting the aq. soln. with an ethanol or a hexane, (f) adding a talc to the aq. soln. to obtain a purified soln., and (g) filtering the soln., and freeze drying it.
