The initial high speed synchronization system of a CDMA terminal system comprises a reception signal dividing unit for dividing a received pilot PN order into segments and delaying one segment by a predetermined segment; a multiple matched filter for filtering the signal output from the reception signal dividing unit by a plurality of digital matched filters; a comparing unit for comparing the output values of the digital matched filters in the multiple matched filter and outputting the resultant value; and a synchronization realization determining unit for determining if the synchronization is realized according to the output value of the comparing unit.
