forming a screen surface material in a well known compressing roller manner and a reflection material vacuum evaporation manner; forming a spherical shape frame for formation a curvature sphere with a hard plate by layering a hardening material on the surface of the hard plate; pressing the screen surface material against the spherical shape frame and closely contacting the surface of the spherical shape frame; molding the screen surface material to have the same shape as the spherical shape frame; hardening the other surface of the screen surface material by layering a hardening material such as a plastic resin and forming a spherical supporting resin surface to have the same sphere as the spherical shape frame; and simultaneously deshaping the screen surface material and the spherical supporting resin surface from the spherical shape frame to form a screen.
